We reached out to Kia in hopes of finding our forever home and got more than we expected. We thought finding a home 12 hours away would be hard but she made it a dream process. She was on top of listings getting us in right away to see everything that was a match, she reached out to a home in a neighborhood we requested, and when we pitched a new build knowing we would be 12 hours away in another state she let us know she’d be there for us.

Kia wasn’t just there FOR us it felt like she was literally with us, she truly put her heart into our home. My husband could only make the in person design selections, while I attended via FaceTime she helped him communicate and made sure to explain every single detail to me that husbands may have a hard time communicating, even down to lighting and things we missed like adding extra lights in the shower or electrical outlets. Kia didn’t stop there she did more then weekly FaceTime house checks, when there was an issue with the builder using the wrong siding and a neighbor sent me a photo she “borrowed” her husbands very nice car, drove to a construction site in minutes to check out the house and helped to fix it and kept me from a panic attack.

We have sold/ bought a lot of houses and Kia is truly the best not just in her role as realtor but also her kind straight forward and positive attitude especially when any stress hit us and panic set it, we cherish our experience with her.
